Know which restaurants, cafés and bars are about to open, and which have just closed.
OpenSoon sends you newly registered, newly opened and closed food and drink venues across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland every week. Each one is matched to its company and checked before it reaches you.
Premises and company-level data only. No owners' personal contact details.
From council register to your sales pipeline in a week
Every day
We check the register
Every UK food business must register with its council 28 days before trading. We take a full snapshot of the Food Standards Agency register (FHRS, and FHIS in Scotland) every day and compare it with the day before.
Every day
We spot openings and closures
New registrations, first inspections (the venue is open), venues dropping off the register, and companies going into liquidation. A closure is confirmed only after two separate register publications.
Before delivery
We filter and enrich
We keep real premises only: no home kitchens, vans or online-only sellers. Each venue is matched to Companies House and its own website, which gives the legal entity, business contacts and the systems it uses.
Monday
You get the file
CSV and Excel for your region or the whole UK, plus a short summary email, ready for your CRM, your reps or a mailing.
What's in one record
Every row describes a premises and the legal entity behind it, with the date and source of each fact. Sole traders are flagged, so your team knows which channels it can use.
